Terms of service
The short version: you get counts of what AI engines cited; we promise the counting, not the outcome. Last updated 13 September 2026.
Who you contract with
AnswerGround is a trade name of the sole proprietorship Murm sales, Herenstraat 83 A, 2313 AG Leiden, KVK 99702738, info@answerground.nl.
The service
AnswerGround records which URLs ChatGPT and Perplexity cite for the prompts you provide, and reports counts and shares. It does not promise that you will be cited, ranked or improved.
Plans and payment
Plans are monthly. Free: 15 answers a month. Starter: €149 a month, 1,200 answers. Growth: €299 a month, 3,000 answers. No VAT is charged under the Dutch small business scheme (KOR, article 25 of the Dutch VAT Act); the stated price is final. While checkout is not live, plan changes are handled by email.
Fair use
Prompts must be questions a buyer could ask. Do not use the service to probe or overload third-party engines beyond your allowance.
Availability
Engines change without notice. If an engine cannot be reached, partial results are kept and counted; failed scans are not charged.
Liability
AnswerGround provides measurements and suggestions, not guarantees about visibility, revenue or positions. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the incident, and to direct damages. These limits do not apply in case of intent or wilful recklessness.
Termination
You can delete your workspace at any time from Account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
Dutch law applies.
